To kick off the Winter Wine Trail this January 11th, Hopkins Vineyard will be treating you to a chocolate and honey sampling. The Southbury Baking Company and the Humble Bee Honey Company will be sampling Cabernet Franc truffles, chocolate bark, and honey products.
