Retired journalist Jonathan Kapstein discusses how the fall of the Berlin Wall defined world geopolitics from 1945-1990 and influenced the following thirty years – right up to the current, rather dire times. Kapstein covered the fall of the wall as the regional bureau chief for Business Week and served as Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy. Kapstein is a graduate of Brown University and Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism and lives in Woodbury, CT.
