Weekly from December 6th – February 1st @ 11:00am-12pm
Join Diann Buro, a Hatha Yoga certified instructor for over 30 years, for gentle yoga/stretching classes designed for those with chronic pain. The classes will run on Tuesdays 11:00am – 12pm and Wednesdays 5:00pm – 6:00 pm. Participants are encouraged to bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing. The classes are at no cost.
