Scott Bond is pleased to announce the opening of Byrdeman to be celebrated with an opening reception on Friday September 7 from 5-7:30pm at “Byrde the b” a full service hair salon, art gallery and retail shop located at 10 Titus Road in Washington Depot, CT 06794.

Byrde the b is expanding with a new space which features a salon catering specifically to men called Byrdeman. Cuts, colors, wet shaves, beard maintenance and skincare are offered along with expanded women’s services including facials, light therapy, eyebrow rejuvenation, waxing and manicures/pedicures. Scott Bond has developed a line of Byrdeman products including shampoo, conditioner and body wash just for men.

Scott Bond – multiple Emmy award nominee/winner and hair colourist to the stars – has been involved in the beauty and hair industry for over 20 years. Scott has an outstanding pedigree and reputation in the hair and beauty industry. He took his talents to a number of renowned salons across the nation. From Frederic Fekkai at Bergdorf Goodman to Elizabeth Arden to Privé New York, he has made an impact with his experience and style and built up a dedicated, high-society following of clients.

The salon/shop is housed in a renovated gas station set against the backdrop of the beautiful rolling hills of Litchfield County. Scott’s store showcases his new line of low-toxic, luxury beauty products for hair, body safe for the environment, all available for purchase along with beautiful, carefully curated objects that he has discovered from his international travels such as scarfs, necklaces, bracelets, and fine ceramics originating from Marrakech to Sweden. “The Byrde + the b” showcases fine contemporary artwork.
