Joyful Birth

This JOYful Birth class is designed to fit different needs, intentions, goals and situations.  Donna’s classes are small, allowing for close personal interaction and individualized attention for you and your partner.  The goal of the birth education class is to create a Joyful Birth experience through intention, creativity, and a comprehensive program.

Classes include in-depth information regarding: natural birth, breathing techniques, nutrition, exercise, health of the mother and baby, and bonding with baby from conception through postpartum.  Donna will teach using teaching modules, live video, discussion, role-play, art and envisioning the ideal birth experience.
