Join IAIS staff, along with Jeff and Judy Kalin, of Primitive Technology, Inc., for an event celebrating the gift of Maple Sugar. The Kalins will demonstrate the traditional technique of collecting sap and boiling it down into syrup. Enjoy pancakes made by the IAIS staff, local maple syrup, coffee, and orange juice while learning about the importance of maple syrup to local Native American cultures.
