One Fish, Two Fish

The Junior Library welcomes back Litchfield County’s 4-H program through the University of Connecticut for an in-person summer program series titled “Exploring Agriculture and 4-H ” where children are invited to learn about the various aspects of planting & growing, fishing, sewing and eating the foods most familiar to Connecticut natives. Mark your calendars for Thursday afternoons at the library this summer!

Thursday, July 8 @ 1:30 – Do you like to swim in the summer? Fish like to swim too! This week we will learn all about different types of fish in Connecticut, where they live, and what we can do to help them keep their home clean! Kids will be able to fish and learn about recycling! Register here.
