Opening for Hunt Slonem’s Exhibit

Eckert Fine Art is pleased to feature the art of world-famous artist, Hunt Slonem at their Connecticut gallery and the Mayflower Inn and Spa. Hunt is best known for his paintings populated with rows of birds, bunnies and butterflies, which he renders in thick, lavishly colored brushstrokes. He is also a sculptor, designer and collector of antiques, mansions and castles.

Throughout his extensive career as a NewYork artist, Slonem has favored the subject of exotic birds, rabbits, and butterflies. His work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Elle Décor, Milieu,Vogue and the New York Times, to name a few.
