Reiki is the universal life force energy that flows through and around us that can help heal yourself, others, pets, and restores balance and reduces stress. It dissolves energy blocks to promote a natural balance between the body, mind, and spirit.
Level 1 includes: History of Reiki, information about the chakras, hand positions and an attunement to the reiki energy. We will also do a healing session, and a
certificate will be awarded upon completion. Let us open our hearts to the healing universal love of Reiki.
