Shepaug World Affairs Forum

 Shepaug Valley School presents the 15th World Affairs Forum. This year’s keynote speaker, Ambassador William Luers, will present an address entitled “The Iran Nuclear Agreement: A Test for Diplomacy and Domestic Politics.” Mr. Luers served as U.S. Ambassador to Venezuela and Czechoslovakia and currently serves as director of the Iran Project, which is dedicated to a balanced, objective, and bipartisan approach to preventing Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon. He will lead a select panel of Shepaug students in discussing the pros and cons of a nuclear Iran.
