Hybrid Program
We all know how important sleep is for the mind, body, and spirit yet so many of us struggle with sleeping well. Did you know that during restorative sleep the body not only rests and recharges, it also cleans the brain of toxins and debris, consolidates memories, repairs tissues and organs, and grows new cells, including brain cells? Join Dr. Wendy Hurwitz either virtually or in-person (limited seating) as she gives us tips and techniques to improve sleep and restorative rest. This program will give useful, concrete information, tools, and techniques to take with you on the way to a better night’s sleep.
Please Note: Out of respect for those with allergies, we request audience members to refrain from wearing perfume or cologne if possible. Thank you for your kind consideration.
A graduate of Yale University School of Medicine, Dr. Hurwitz is a nationally recognized expert on stress and in the fields of Mind/Body Medicine and Energy Medicine. Dr. Hurwitz translates the latest and most sophisticated scientific research on stress and energy into practical, easy-to-use techniques people can use to maintain and enhance vitality even under the most trying circumstances. Dr. Hurwitz has provided training for AT&T, Unilever, and the FDNY, and has been an invited guest speaker at the United Nations.
