Experience an unforgettable evening where music and nature come together.
The Washington Friends of Music and Steep Rock Association are proud to present a nature-inspired evening of classical music and performance in celebration of Steep Rock’s 100 years of land conservation. The benefit concert will be held on Sunday, July 13th beginning at 6:00 pm at Spring Hill Arts Gathering (SHAG) in Washington, CT and feature a special performance by the world-renowned dance company Pilobolus, whose boundary-pushing choreography and creative storytelling have captivated audiences around the globe. This one-of-a-kind performance will complement a program of classical music inspired by nature and the local landscape.
Enjoy an intimate concert led by Michael Volpert of Washington Friends of Music, featuring top-tier musicians and personal insights from the performers. Stay after for a chance to meet the artists at a post-concert reception.
