Are you and your family experiencing a bit of cabin fever? Throughout the winter, the IAIS Education Department is offering private craft workshops on Sunday afternoons. Sign up for a time slot with your family and friends. Express your creativity while learning about the world around you and connecting with a culture that has thousands of years of history in the area. Cultures throughout the world, including Native Americans, have used leather for clothing and other items of daily life. This week, join IAIS educators for a workshop in which participants will select from a variety of leather options to create a unique and practical little leather pouch, embellished with buttons, stones, or shells.

Sign up for a time slot with your family or friends. Registration per time slot is limited. Please visit to reserve a space through Eventbrite. Questions? Please call (860) 868-0518 or email [email protected]. Cost of participation, including materials: $20 for Members, $25 for Non-Members.
