The Washington Friends of Music 2023 Summer Festival will be held on Friday, August 18th, 25th and September 1st and 8th @ 5:30 pm.
The performance will present a stellar cast of world-class musicians who perform solo as well as in leading orchestras, including the New York Philharmonic and the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra. Under the leadership of Artistic Director and widely acclaimed cellist Wendy Sutter, these superb artists come to Washington to perform a unique program spanning from baroque and classical periods to the 20th century featuring an exciting repertoire from Vivaldi to Mozart to Beethoven and Piazzolla.
Advance Tickets are $35 available online now, and available at The Hickory Stick Bookshop or County Wine and Spirits. Tickets at the door $40 (cash or check only). Doors open at 5pm. Children and students are admitted free.
