Since long before Earth Day was established in 1970, many Native American groups have believed that all living non-living things have a spirit, or Manitou.  Because of this, Native Americans recognized that all things are equal and humans are connected to the world around them.  Join IAIS staff for a celebration honoring our connections and responsibilities to care for each other and the natural world.  Enjoy eco-friendly crafts, activities and stories.
