The Judy Black Memorial Park and Gardens is an event space and a vibrant cultural hub for the Washington community. Formerly a gas station, the site was transformed into a park by a small group of local residents who wanted to create a central gathering space where people could relax as well as engage in cultural and educational activities. Its overall mission is to enhance the quality of life of local residents while also supporting the economic development of the town and local businesses.
