When faced with anxiety, what can one do before and during to help reduce and relieve anxiety and regain balance, calm, and clarity? Dr. Wendy Hurwitz will give this virtual presentation and share twelve tips on what you can do to help prevent it and to manage it if it occurs. Everyone will come away with information, tools, and techniques to help manage anxiety and help regain and restore balance and calm.
This program will be held online via Zoom. It is free and open to the public.
A graduate of Yale University School of Medicine, Dr. Hurwitz is a nationally recognized expert on stress and in the fields of Mind/Body Medicine and Energy Medicine.
