Event Details

Decolonization is a growing movement in academia and museums.  It includes removing the biases of the dominant culture from historical interpretations to allow a more accurate presentation of a country’s past and present.  Additionally, it includes efforts to involve members of marginalized peoples in all aspects of historical study and programming.  Please join us for another rousing Native American-Archaeology Round Table with outstanding presentations and panel discussions from a diverse group of researchers and museum studies professionals.
