Join us on an early release day at Waldingfield Farm. Learn how food and farming affect our lives and the world around us. Farmer Patrick will lead you on an adventurous tasting tour of the farm where you will get your hands dirty planting and harvesting organic vegetables. He will share the ways in which the farm creates sustainable, healthy communities. Artist Skye Gilkerson will guide a hunt to hand select items from the farm, which we will use as mark-making tools to create landscape drawings on watercolor paper with natural pigments. We will finish our day with delicious locally made ice cream.
