Ninjatrition™: Where Food, Fun, and Focus meet.

Join Chef and Ninjatrition™ creator Alissa Monteleone for 60 minutes of culinary fun. Together, we will make lunch while practicing the Art of Happy Eating™ which teaches kids how to be mindful in the kitchen and beyond. Chef Alissa will use simple, tasty ingredients for this fun day at home. ASAP! will email an ingredient list before the class. Gluten-free and dairy-free options will be provided.

If you register by Nov. 5, a Ninjatrition™ headband will be sent to your doorstep for you to wear during the program!
