The Judy Black Memorial Park and Gardens is hosting a drive-in movie night on Saturday, August 31. The park will be screening the film, “The Princess Diaries,” sponsored by The Glass Family at the River Walk Pavilion located at 11 School Street, Washington Depot, CT 06794.
Mia Thermopolis (Anne Hathaway) is a shy American teenager who learns she is heiress to the throne of a European kingdom. Under the tutelage of her estranged grandmother (Julie Andrews), the kingdom’s reigning queen, Mia must decide whether to claim the throne she has inherited or renounce her title permanently.
This event is free and open to the public. Movie rolls at dusk. BYO chairs, blankets, food and beverages. Leashed pets only. Thank you to the Gunn Memorial Library for their contribution in bringing this movie to the public.
