Earth Day Banner Making Event

We are pleased to welcome the Washington Environmental Council to the Junior Library in celebration of Earth Day! WEC is looking for kids to create a festive Earth Day banner to be prominently displayed in the Depot for Earth Week (April 22-27). There will also be a matinee showing of The Lorax- a classic Dr. Seuss story that directly speaks to the importance of protecting our home planet. Rated PG 1h 26min. All materials provided. Best for ages 8-12.
