Participants will learn about wills, trusts, powers of attorney (POA), and healthcare directives. You’ll walk away understanding what these documents are for, and what you need to do to create them. Even if you have your own documents in place, come learn about recent law updates. You’ll discover if you should have your documents reviewed and updated. We’ll also spend some time talking about the probate process and how it works.
