“Five Wishes” Program Discussion

Join Lisa Rowland and Rev. Anne-Marie Davenport, of Season’s Hospice to lean more about the “Five Wishes” document, the first living will that talks about your personal, emotional and spiritual needs as well as your medical wishes.  It has been featured on CNN and NBC’s Today show and in the pages of TIME and Money magazines.  Newspapers have called Five Wishes the first “living will with a heart and soul”.  All participants will receive a Five Wishes document to fill out on their own.  Refreshments sponsored by River Glen Health Care, Southbury.
