The Gunn Memorial Library presents local author Emily Franke, who will be reading her book “The Ladybug Who Lived on a Four-Leaf Clover,” as part of the Tri-Town Around the World Adventure summer program, followed by a creative experience in our new Makerspace.
This story is about a sweet young girl named Emily who loses her grandmother. Emily felt very sad until she realized that her grandmother had returned to visit her as a magical ladybug. The ladybug, Sheila, takes Emily on a journey to remember that her grandmother is always with her. Children and adults will enjoy this touching tale, and interact with the author. You will then be invited to explore our new Makerspace and participate in a creative family activity.
