Harvest Pie Sale

Benefit to support local food banks

The First Congregational Church of Washington, CT will hold their 2nd Annual Harvest Pie Sale on Sunday, November 21 from 11:30 am until 2:30 pm in the Parish House. The church is located at 6 Kirby Road on the Green in Washington Connecticut. Pies will be available while supply lasts. Reservations/ pre-orders are recommended and can be made either by email to [email protected], or by calling the church office and leaving a message at 860-868-0569, extension 10.

Fresh apple, pumpkin and pecan pies will be available for a minimum donation of $20 per pie. They are delicious and made with love. At our pie auctions in the past, some folks have donated over $200 for a single pie because 100% of proceeds from this sale will go to local food banks. Purchasing a homemade pie on November 21 will not only put a pie on your table but will help put food on the tables of neighbors in New Milford and Washington/Warren that are in need of assistance.
