Claudia Wood Rahm shares her wonderful collection of paintings that will be on display at the Gunn Memorial Library, September 17th – October 29th, 2022. Claudia, a former k-8 art teacher in Region 12 from 1970-1973, will be sharing her collection of art that ranges from abstracts, to whimsical scenes, contemporary folk art, and biometric seascapes.
When describing inspiration behind her artwork Claudia says “My art emerges from the pages of many sketchbooks as well as a childlike imagination. I grew up on the CT shore and spent hours exploring its tidal pools. The ocean, the seasons, and the bible weave there way through my work”
