Music In The Depot: RivaJean and Nick Arne

RivaJean is country charm and sweet sophistication. A Connecticut Yankee with a gypsy heart, her voice has been compared to greats such as Patsy Cline and Norah Jones. She sings what she believes in her originals and believes what she sings on covers. Currently recording her first album, “Even Though You Left,” RivaJean is looking forward to her someday membership in the Grand Ole Opry.

Nick Arne is a Connecticut based singer-songwriter, guitarist, and music teacher. His music combines elements of blues, folk, pop, and rock with honest introspective lyricism. A little bit Buddy Holly, a little bit Chuck Berry. Nick is currently working on his second album, due out this year, that will focus on love, youth, and life in a small town. This performance will feature songs from the upcoming album and more.

Admission is free, doors open at 5:30pm.
