4th of July Picnic

Thursday, July 4th; 2 pm – 5 pm
@ River Walk Pavilion
Join Washington Parks & Rec for their second annual July 4th picnic! Gather with friends and family to celebrate summer together. And, enjoy a concert by Raging Gracefully. Before you head to the Pavilion, put on your running shoes and come down to Steep Rock for the annual Major Stephen Reich 5K Freedom Run.

Liberty & Love-First Friday in the Depot

Friday, July 5th; 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Local shops and galleries will be holding open houses and Valley Spirit will be hosting a dance party with live music by The Lucky 5. Stay for the outdoor movie, The King’s Speech, at The Judy Black Park.

Washington Green Fair

Saturday, July 13th; 9 am – 2 pm
@ First Congregational Church
The Washington Green Fair has delighted Washington residents for over 50 years. This annual fair features a giant tag sale, silent and live auctions, food, a book sale, activities for children and much more!

Hopkins Vineyard Triathlon

Saturday, July 20th; 8 am
@ Hopkins Vineyard
Swim, bike, and run around Lake Waramaug! Take in beautiful views while you test your skills in a triathlon. The race finishes at Hopkins Vineyard where competitors and their fans will be treated to a wine and food festival.

Pilobolus’ Five Senses Festival returns with even more breathtaking art, music, dance, and conversation. This year’s line-up includes award-winning artists, musicians, singers, dancers, writers, and chefs as well as expanded programming for kids and special wellness activities.
